The school was established in the year 2003 by the SBIOA Education Society, a non-profit making organization with the goal to achieve high quality in schooling young minds. Founded in 1997 , the society started with its first school in Maharashtra at Aurangabad in 1999 and within short span of time scaled to great heights in the academic world.
Inspired by its phenomenal success at Aurangabad and committed to high standards in education at an affordable cost , the society run by SBI officers decided to open up its next branch in Navi Mumbai.
